What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

We also accept payment by PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Payor and Google Pay.

If you decide to use PayPal, you’ll be taken to the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

How do I know my order was successful?

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunatly, it's not possible to place an order over the phone. However, if you have a question about an item or anything else, you can email us at support@iqu-group.com or contact us here

How do I place an order?

Placing an order on our website is very easy and completly secured.

  1. Search for the product you’re after – just enter the product name, brand or category of the item you’re looking for in the search box at the top of the page. Once you’ve found the product select ‘Add to cart’.
  2. Once you’re ready, select ‘My Cart’ (top right of page, with the little shopping trolley on it) to checkout or view your cart.
  3. Follow the steps in the checkout to enter your contact details, choose your delivery options and proceed to payment.
  4. Enter your payment details. We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We also accept payment by PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Payor and Google Pay.
  5. Check your details and click on ‘Pay now’.

Your order is complete, and we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details and delivery information. If anything does not look right, contact us and one of our support team will assist you whenever it's possible.

Can I place an order without entering personnal information?

Our secured checkout process requires to get essential information to process your order such as your name, address, email and phone number. This allows us to ship your good(s) to the right place and to the right person.

Can I change or update my address on a delivery order?

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, contact us to request a change to your delivery address or details as early as possible.

How much is the shipping

Shipping is free on all items Australia wide.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

When will my order arrive?

We recommend checking your order confirmation email to find out when your order will leave our warehouse.

Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a separate dispatch confirmation email to let you know that it's on its way. 
Expected delivery timeframes varies upon the state you live, the size of the parcel and the courier service status.

Some products like electric scooters are bulky and classified as dangerous goods and may only be able to use road services, which leads to longer delivery time.

We depend on the courrier service used to ship your order.

My order has been delivered according to the tracking but I can't locate it, what do I do now?

In most cases, parcels will turn up within a few hours from being scanned as delivered. If you’re worried about where your parcel is, we suggest you seek information from the carrier on where they dropped the parcel. Delivery drivers will try to make sure that your delivery is tucked away in a safe place if you are not home, so check any hiding spots you might have around your home. 

If you’re still unable to locate your parcel, please reach out to our customer service team and they will do their best to help you locate your order.

The Australian Consumer Law and Your Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.

Al ou products are geniune Australian stock and are covered by a 12 months warranty. (Batteries are covered for 3 months).

What is the range of an electric scooter?

The range may varies depending on the usage of the vehicle; the weight of the user, the temperature of operation and the battery condition.

The given maximum range for electric scooters is based on a 60kg rider’s weight on smooth, flat, straight road, and with a new battery.

Why is the maximum speed capped to 25 km/h?

By law, the maximum speed allowed by the regulation in Australia for an electric scooter is 25km/h.

Is it mandatory to wear a helmet while riding ?

In all states within Australia, it is a requirement by law for bikes, normal scooters, electric bikes and electric scooters (where legal) to always wear a helmet. We also strongly suggest to wear protective gear such as gloves, jacket and other protections.
